Natchez Downtown: About First Friday Weekends

Downtown stores will be open from 6 to 8 pm on the First Friday Night of each month and art venues will also be open late - hosting artists and their works! Come for free refreshments! Downtown stores also participate in a sidewalk sales on Saturday and open their doors on Sundays from 10A-2P. Special sales and discounts may be offered. Executive Director Position

Natchez Downtown Development Association

Applicant should have education and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: economic development, marketing, tourism development, historic preservation, planning, design, nonprofit management and retailing. The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial, energetic, imaginative and capable of working in an independent environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills are essential. Candidates also need proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook and Quick Books. Salary is $25,000.
